Self-Exclusion from California includes all of the card rooms in the state listed on this page.
It does not include Horseracing, Lottery, Tribal Casinos or Fantasy Sports, which may have their own individual self-exclusion programs.
You can self-exclude in California for 1 year or for a Lifetime.
If you are found visiting a card room during your self-exclusion term, you will be asked to leave and the Bureau of Gambling Control will be notified.
Besides using NVSEP, you can also apply for self-exclusion on the California Department of Justice website online or via a downloadable PDF that can be mailed to the Bureau of Gambling Control.
